Who is eligible to receive an in-home medical care visit from Seeko Healthcare?
Seeko Health serves individuals ages 18 to 104 throughout the Tampa Bay area. We provide medical care for a range of conditions from simple to complex, including complicated, chronic health issues as well as specialized geriatric care to elderly patients. Seeko Health is also well-suited for those who are unable or too ill to commute to the clinic, those who reside in rural areas, and those who wish to avoid crowded, traditional waiting rooms.
Where can I be seen by a Seeko primary care clinician?
We proudly serve patients throughout Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties! We’re happy to treat patients in the comfort of their own homes, in corporate office settings, assisted/ independent resident communities, and hotel rooms. We also have an office suite at our Pinellas Park location. Please call our office at (813) 444-2788 if you need more information!
How do I get started as a new patient?
All new patients must register and sign a consent form for a Seeko clinician to treat them before making an appointment. There are two convenient ways to register:
- Call Our Office: Register by calling our office and speaking with our registration team. Toll-Free (813) 444-2788
- Register Online: Register by clicking the Online Registration link and filling out the online form which, when complete, can be sent electronically, securely and directly to our office.
How long will it take to schedule my first in-home medical care visit?
We plan same day or next day appointments for acute or urgent medical problems – seven days a week!
For routine or preventative services, such as annual physical exams, we can commonly arrange an appointment within a few days, if not same day or next day.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1. Seeko Health does NOT provide Emergency Services

Can I see the clinician before leaving home in the morning?
Yes. We schedule appointments between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Seeko also offers urgent care evening and weekend appointments when needed. One of our goals is to aid the lifestyle and time constraints of our patients by making access to care as convenient as possible.
What if I need a visit after hours, on the weekend, or on a holiday?
We do not regularly schedule after-hours or weekend visits, but a clinician is available by phone or in person for Urgent Care needs 24/7. Clinicians alternate weekend phone calls so our patients, their caregivers, or family members always have access to a Seeko provider.
Do you offer Emergency Services?
Seeko Health does NOT provide Emergency Services – For true medical emergencies, call 9-1-1. We provide acute non-emergent care services, but if we believe you have a life-threatening medical emergency, we will refer you to the emergency department of your local hospital, or the hospital of your choice. Often, our highest and best contribution is helping patients avoid unnecessary trips to the ER. However, if the problem is a true emergency we make sure patients get there promptly.
What if I need X-Rays, Lab work, or other testing?
Seeko clinicians will order lab tests, x-rays, and any ancillary services or procedures that may be essential to completely evaluate each medical problem. We are affiliated with most outpatient radiology groups and all of our laboratory testing is performed at LabCorp. The results are transmitted directly into your medical record electronically – swiftly and securely.
We can also arrange for most x-ray studies to be done right in your home or place of business. Imaging studies that require large, fixed equipment, like CT scans or MRIs, must be done at a nearby imaging center or hospital outpatient department. We can get test and procedure results almost immediately if required.
Services
Will my Seeko Health clinician become my primary care doctor?
Yes! When you register to become a Seeko Health member, we ask that you sign a release affirming that our clinicians will take over as your primary care practitioner. This release also permits us to retrieve any medical records from former providers.
How do I reach my primary care provider if I have a medical question?
As a member of Seeko Health, we provide telemedicine options in addition to your clinicians email address and cell phone number. This way, you will always have direct access to your provider. However, because our clinicians spend most of the day in the field, please be advised that emails may not be instantly returned.
What types of insurance does Seeko Healthcare accept?
At this time, we do not accept insurance for in-house services. However, if patients have insurance, it may be applied towards lab test, x-rays, and other ancillary services.
Do I have to pay for the single-visit fee and the additional IV therapy fee?
No. If your single-visit is strictly for IV therapy, then you only pay for the IV treatment.
